SOFTCORE PARTNERS / PRIVACY
Your information. Handled with care.
How the Softcore Partners website, project inquiries, and private workspaces use information.
Project inquiries
We collect the contact details, business information, project brief, and optional preferences you submit. The Softcore team uses them to review your request, respond, and keep follow-up notes. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal records in an inquiry.
Private workspaces
Approved email sign-in uses a one-time verification code. Workspace membership determines what you may access. The Studio contains internal work; client portals contain the files, conversations, reviews, and project information deliberately shared with that client. Access is checked when protected information or files are requested. ChatGPT sign-in remains available as a transition fallback while email access is rolled out.
Website activity
We record basic website events, such as page visits, selected support paths, and inquiry activity, along with campaign labels and a referring website origin when available. These help us understand how visitors find and use the site. This browser tracking does not set an analytics cookie and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Saved inquiry records remain part of handling your request.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Supabase Auth for one-time email verification, and Cloudflare-backed database and file storage. Their services process information needed to operate the website and workspaces. A link to another business or service takes you to that provider’s own policies.
Records and requests
Project and inquiry records are retained in our working systems; they do not automatically disappear when work is completed. To ask about access, correction, or removal of your information, contact dani@softcoreinteriors.com. We will review the request and any relevant project or recordkeeping needs.
